Solarhart Strathpine serviced my Rheem solar hot water system.The team were all over it. Check everything was working fine.Past experience with another company failed to service that solar hot water system correctly and it failed. Replaced it with a Rheem and contacted Rheem to recommend a service agent to get it right. Happy with Solarhart Strathpines service. Been in business for a long time. Must be doing something right. We are yet to have our solar system installed however we had Chris & his team out to check out our current solar hart water system which was completely cooked. Chris helped us out with setting up a temp system to get us by until we could get the new system installed. Super helpful & explained all the issues thoroughly. Very happy with the service so far.

Fantastic service, they arrived and got straight into checking everything out. And we got a clean bill of health for our 22 year old system.

I was glad that I could renew my solarhart system, the old one finally died and was leaking badly, Solarhart replace the old with new, but used a temporary one so the loss of water would not continue until the new one arrives. The unit was reasonably priced and the installation was done exceptionally well. Rubbish was taken away, nothing left behind, the workmanship was exceptional, the three men involved work as a team perfectly, it was a pleasure having them at my place. I would thoroughly recommend Solarhart for HW services

Our overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. We had one hiccup on the day that the solar hot water was being installed. Hence our reason for only 4 stars. Had our roofers not been still here on the day, the outcome could have been very different. This little hiccup would most certainly not stop us from recommending Solahart. Jordon was made aware of the issue today when we had to speak to him with regards to another matter and we believe he will raise it at a meeting.
